How do you like your morning tea served? Cold or Hot?  I am assuming hot right? But then, that’s not the question here. The question is the one we ask ourselves and others many a times  when in pain.

Techcrack-Cell Phone: A pain in your neck?

Raise your hands if you are checking this post out on your phone. I know most of you’ll are. Except for those who are at work, and sneaking to facebook to, you know, keep yourself updated. Well Jokes apart. I would like you to freeze in that very moment. Right now! there! freeze! Try to feel how your neck and shoulders are aligned. The way you are looking at the phone or your computer/tablet. Try to get a feel of your upper back and your lower back. Lets not forget our pelvis and hips. Footnotes: The Right Shoe for you !

Shoe shopping is fun! Many buy shoes according to the color, the outfit they would match, the style and the in-trend ones. How about a shoe that fits right, the one that matches your bone structure and supports your foot well. The one that helps you walk better and run faster.

I have worked in an orthotic and foot specialty clinic in United States where I learnt a lot about foot types, how they differ and what shoes work best for a certain type. Hence, with an attempt to create awareness, I write this post down with a general outline to help select the right shoe for you and your kids.

FootNotes: Keep your feet happy in heels!

“I don’t know whether to congratulate you for your successful completion of Graduation or for being successfully able to walk on stage without tripping in 4″ heels.” Laughter followed.. This was the a statement made at my post graduate convocation by a professor.

True it is! It’s a task to walk in those heels. Confirmed by the fact that most the ladies were barefoot as soon as the last ceremony was over. Giving the feet some space to breathe.

Pain is a signal for us, Humans to Stop! Continuing from my last post.

How many times have we taken those NSAIDS (Non Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs) aka Pain Killers for Back pain or for Knee Aches?  Most of us have used them at one point or another, time and time over.  It Kills pain! Yippie.. Ain’t it so good. But like I said in my earlier post, Pain is good. Don’t Kill it. Correct the malfunction causing it.
