Pain ! the one word we all dread. But, we shouldn’t. Pain is good. It is protecting our body from greater damage by stopping us from moving.

Pain is our body telling us that something somewhere is going wrong and you need to be careful. So don’t ignore that pain, and get it evaluated asap.

We can help you with all kinds of aches and pains anywhere in your body from head to toe. ( except pain due to cancer, systemic issues like covid, dengue, malaria)

  • long standing or recent
  • constant or on & off
  • deep pain/ Joint pain or muscular pain

If in pain do this first.

If the pain is unbearable please consult a Physician immediately.

  1. Rest ( Rest the area/ Reduce movement ) Get in a comfortable pain-free position.
  2. Ice. Mostly pain comes with some amount of inflammation. Icing helps settle that
  3. Wait for 3-4 days. Minor aches and pains settle automatically in a couple of days.
